Biography:
Mr. Johnson spent the vast majority of his childhood in Arab, Alabama. His family has owned a small cattle farm since the 1950’s, and he grew up helping his Grandfather and Father on the farm. He continues to work the farm with his Father.

Mr. Johnson attended Arab City Schools, where he was a member of the Jr. Varsity and Varsity Soccer Teams, the Robotics Team, and was a member of the FFA. Mr. Johnson followed in his mother’s footsteps by pursuing a legal career. She was a paralegal at a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm for most of her career, and jokes that Mr. Johnson was in the courtroom even before he was born.

Mr. Johnson’s first job at 16 was working as a runner for a law firm in Huntsville.  After High School, Mr. Johnson earned his Undergraduate Degree, with Special Honors in Criminal Justice, from Jacksonville State University before going on to pursue his Law Degree from Cumberland School of Law. While in Law School, he served as the Senior Member of the Trial Board, President of the Federalist Society, and competed on the Cumberland Mediation Team. He graduated in the top third of his class, making the Dean's list every semester.

When helping clients navigate the legal system, Mr. Johnson believes in always being honest, straightforward, and direct. He prioritizes clear attorney-client communication and accessibility. He employs a “people-first” approach, which has earned him the trust and respect of his clients and his community. Driven by a highly competitive nature, Mr. Johnson is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients, including when it means taking cases to trial.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Johnson is an active member of the local community. He served as a founding board member for the Arab Uknighted Soccer Club and had the great honor of serving as an assistant coach for a competitive U10 boys’ team, as well as a referee for the Club. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Courtney, and their son, as well as working on the family farm, hunting and fishing.
