Ryan G. Brake
Ryan G. Brake is a shareholder in the firm's Huntsville office. He practices in the areas of general liability, premises liability and workers' compensation and has defended numerous premises liability, auto accident and workers' compensation cases in courts across Alabama.
Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in business management in 1995 graduating magna cum laude, from the University of North Alabama where he served as president of the Student Government Association. He earned is Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1998.
Ryan has been a speaker on legal issues to human resource and safety professionals and has spoken for Lorman, Sterling Education Services, University of North Alabama Continuing Education, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, the Alabama Workers' Compensation Organization and the Alabama Self-Insurers Association.
Ryan holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been included in Super Lawyers. He is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and previously served as president of the Lauderdale County Bar Association. He also previously served on the Board of Directors of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association from 2011-2014 and was a member of Class I of the Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum.
